Position: TC Energy Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

You will coordinate with diverse teams to ensure maintenance projects are resourced and communicated effectively. Drawing on your 8+ years of construction or maintenance experience, you’ll manage outage execution and foster a culture of collaboration and improvement. Your proactive approach will be vital in promoting safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate mechanical maintenance execution tracking

• Collaborate with field teams on scoping and scheduling

• Develop and validate outage execution schedules

• Maintain a centralized schedule for mechanical activities

• Monitor performance and resolve risks timely

Requirements:

• Technical diploma (2-3 years) or equivalent experience

• 8+ years in maintenance, operations, or construction

• Proficient with MS Project and associated tools

• Strong understanding of mechanical work processes

• Proven leadership and communication abilities
