Lead operational efficiency as the Chief Steam Engineer at Carlisle Companies. This essential role focuses on steam systems, compliance, and safety in plant operations.
As a Chief Steam Engineer, you will drive compliance with Alberta's Safety Codes Act and oversee the safe operation of steam and utility equipment. Your expertise ensures operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and personnel development. You will also support railcar unloading activities, safeguarding the receipt of vital raw materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Chief Steam Engineer for safety and compliance
• Maintain operating records and compliance documentation
• Supervise operation of boilers, utility systems, and equipment
• Lead troubleshooting and investigations on steam systems
• Ensure effective railcar unloading and material transfer
Requirements:
• 3rd Class Power Engineer’s Certificate required
• Minimum Grade 12 education or GED
• Experience in Plant Operations essential
• Valid Forklift license mandatory
• Proficient in English with strong analytical skills
