Join WSP's national renewable energy team, where your skills will be pivotal in designing and optimizing solar projects. This role involves supporting initiatives from development through to construction and operations, enhancing both your career trajectory and technical practices in solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design utility-scale solar PV systems throughout Canada
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated solutions
• Develop equipment configurations and project design parameters
• Support projects from feasibility to commissioning
• Analyze geospatial data using AutoCAD and GIS tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
• 5-10 years experience in solar energy and power generation
• P.ENG or in final stages of certification
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with solar software preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
