As the Engineering Projects Leader, you will manage and supervise engineering capital projects within the Engineering Services department. You will mentor your team and ensure the safety of all project activities while providing strategic oversight to align with the County’s long-term goals. Additionally, you will support key asset management initiatives and master servicing plans crucial for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering capital project management processes
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering staff
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols in all projects
• Contribute to County’s asset management strategies
• Supervise master servicing plans for utilities and transport
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineering (P. Eng) designation mandatory
• 8-10 years of project management experience required
• Proven experience leading and developing teams
• Ability to operate from Parkland County Centre
