We are looking for a Sr Advisor Energy Solutions to join our Team of engineers dedicated to working hand-in-hand with large manufacturing customers on tackling complex challenges to uncover ways to help them use natural gas more efficiently within their this role you will consult with a diverse portfolio of manufacturers, tackling unique challenges and gaining exposure across a multitude of industries.
Your role involves learning about customer’s processes and facilities, educating them on their energy use, and leveraging technical expertise to aid customers to make informed decisions.

** Who You Are:
** You have the following qualifications:
* Engineering Degree required, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
* Six or more years of directly related experience in process engineering, project engineering, continuous improvement, or technical consulting in industrial environments.
* P.Eng designation registered with the PEO (Professional Engineers of Ontario) or similar professional organization is required.
* Energy Management certification (such as Certified Energy Manager) is preferred but not required.
* Leading and influencing without explicit authority.
* Demonstrates strong time‐management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands in a fast‐paced environment.
* Ability to work well both independently, and with others and build strong team dynamics; open-mindedness; strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solving.##

* Working Conditions:
*** This role is a mix of office based (50%) and field based (50%) and requires travelling mainly within Ontario including overnight. Valid driver’s license with a responsible driving record is needed.
Salary Ranges from $100,000 – $130,000 CAD for Ontario Canada locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.##
