Key Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate detailed maintenance work plans

• Train and manage scheduling for technicians

• Monitor and assess effectiveness of work plans

• Ensure compliance with regulatory schedules

• Work closely with key stakeholders for project success

Requirements:

• Technical school graduation or associate degree

• 3 years in work planning, project management, or pipeline operations

• Proficiency with SAP and CMMS systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities
