As a Senior Structural Engineer at Propak, you are responsible for the design of modular structures and ensuring compliance with existing standards and specifications. With more than 10 years of related experience in oil and gas processes, you will utilize engineering principles to aid project success.
Your role will encompass performing soil analysis, guiding junior engineers, and preparing comprehensive project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design civil structures including concrete and steel foundations
• Analyze soil reports for proper foundation designs
• Review and approve engineering drawings
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Prepare documents and weekly status reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer in Alberta
• At least 10 years of relevant design experience
• Proficient in S-FRAME and knowledgeable of relevant codes
• Experienced in FEA and vibration-related engineering
