Field Work Planner

Position: Field Work Planner at TC Energy
Become a pivotal team member at TC Energy as a Field Work Planner, driving the planning and scheduling of critical maintenance for natural gas assets. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model while enhancing operational efficiencies.

In this role with TC Energy's Canada Gas Maintenance Program & Planning team, you'll coordinate with field teams and management to ensure the successful execution of maintenance plans. You'll be responsible for using advanced Excel tools and online resources to develop and track monthly work plans that uphold safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish comprehensive maintenance plans

• Collaborate on key projects impacting system operations

• Monitor work plan execution and provide assessments

• Maintain technician availability and compliance records

• Facilitate alignment with stakeholders on project schedules

Requirements:

• Associate degree or technical specialization

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management

• Proficient in SAP and CMMS work planning tools

• Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities

• Capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure
