Land Administrator (Crossing Analyst / Historical Encroachments Specialist)
Location:
Calgary, AB (Hybrid) | Duration: 24 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pipeline crossing & encroachment files from research through resolution
- Work with landowners on removal, relocation, or approval of encroachments
- Draft crossing, land, and right-of-way agreements
- Research land titles and historical records
- Coordinate with legal/engineering teams on documentation
- Maintain records using SharePoint, TPC Database, Pandell Land Works, and Power BI
Must Have:
- Surface land experience (required)
- Agreement drafting experience
- Experience with landowners, ROW, crossings, or encroachments
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work hybrid in Calgary
Preferred: Pipeline/utility experience, third-party crossing experience, Pandell Land Works, Power BI, CSA/pipeline integrity knowledge
