Propak invites aspiring engineers to step into the role of Electrical Engineer-in-Training. You will work on varied assignments, ensuring designs comply with the latest industry standards. Collaborate with senior engineers in developing Motor Control Schematics while contributing to complex projects. This position will provide you with valuable insights into the oil and gas processing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop practical skills while assisting Propak’s projects
• Ensure compliance of all electrical designs
• Assess and maintain electrical equipment documentation
• Participate in factory inspections and resolve issues
• Support pre-commissioning and start-up processes
Requirements:
• Recognized degree in Electrical Engineering is required
• Membership in APEGA is necessary
• Background in oil and gas facilities is preferable
• Familiarity with ETAP modeling is an asset
• Understanding of Canadian Electrical Code is mandatory
