Electrical Engineer - Project Leadership

Propak is seeking an Electrical Engineer with leadership skills to manage electrical design projects in the oil and gas industry. Bring your technical expertise to ensure design integrity and compliance.

The role is suited for someone with a degree in Electrical Engineering and P. Eng Membership in APEGA, alongside 10+ years of relevant design experience. You'll review and approve engineering specifications, supervise design teams, and prepare project schedules. Collaboration with various stakeholders is critical for driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review electrical and control systems design documents

• Generate and approve procurement requisitions

• Conduct engineering calculations for design accuracy

• Liaise with project teams for requirements coordination

• Support on-site commissioning and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 10+ years in electrical engineering design

• Degree in Electrical Engineering required

• Experienced in ETAP power systems and project execution

• Knowledgeable about Canadian Electrical Codes

• Exceptional planning and organizational skills
