CIMA+ is searching for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to strengthen its commitment to innovative building solutions. In this position, you will design and implement mechanical systems that meet the needs of healthcare and mission-critical facilities while promoting reliability and safety. Collaborative teamwork and technical acumen are essential to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design HVAC and plumbing systems focusing on compliance
• Perform detailed energy modeling and load calculations
• Create specifications and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Engage directly with clients and conduct site inspections
• Support team growth through mentoring junior engineers
Requirements:
• 6 years’ experience in mechanical design, especially in healthcare
• Proficient in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD software
• Understanding of relevant codes and standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Canadian driver’s license for site visits
