Position: Full-Time Barber at BaySide Barbershop
Join Bay Side Barbershop in Airdrie, AB, as a full-time Barber. Provide exceptional grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims, while advancing your career.

In this on-site role, you will deliver barbering services to clients, focusing on their desired styles. Engage in consultations to understand preferences, and apply your knowledge of hair types and styling techniques. You’ll also ensure a clean environment and maintain customer service excellence throughout your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide haircuts, shaves, and beard trims

• Consult with clients about their hairstyle preferences

• Perform cutting and shaping techniques on hair

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Upsell additional grooming products and services

Requirements:

• 1 year of hair styling experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills for client interactions

• Strong customer service orientation

• Understanding of hair styling techniques and trends

• Ability to perform front desk duties and handle payments
