• Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming preferences
• Offer suggestions and recommendations based on client's hair type and facial structure
• Perform various hair styling techniques, such as cutting, trimming, and shaping hair
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the barber shop
• Upsell additional services or products to clients

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
• Proficiency in front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
• Knowledge of various hair styling techniques and trends
• Ability to perform retail sales of hair care products or grooming tools
• Understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
