Serve the community as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Bethany in Didsbury, Alberta. This role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and compassion in resident-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments to inform care plans

• Document care and interventions in line with policy

• Identify and mitigate unsafe situations for residents

• Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions

• Provide mentorship to Health Care Aides during shifts

Requirements:

• Completion of an LPN program from a recognized institution

• Registration with the College of LPNs in Alberta

• Must exhibit strong English language skills

• CPR certification required

• Preferably hold a Dementia Care Certificate
