As a part-time, fixed-term Occupational Therapist, you will assess individual needs, collaborating closely with residents and healthcare teams to create and implement effective care plans.
Your role also involves detailed documentation and coordination with community resources to ensure comprehensive support for residents’ goals. Foster a collaborative environment and guide your team in providing exceptional care aligned with the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and address activities of daily living
• Develop tailored therapy programs for residents
• Document resident progress in healthcare records
• Work with families and community resources
• Lead the Occupational Therapy Assistant team
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• ACOT registration required
• Experience in collaborative, person-centered care
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for potential travel
