Health and Safety Advisor

Become a crucial player in health and safety at Albert Bartlett's Airdrie facility. We seek an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to ensure compliance and promote safety culture every day.

In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Health and Safety Manager. Your focus will be on providing guidance across all departments, conducting risk assessments, and investigating incidents. This position is ideal for someone with strong knowledge in food manufacturing environments and a passion for employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide health and safety support across all departments

• Conduct risk assessments and workplace safety audits

• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions

• Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation

• Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification

• Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety laws

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
