Who We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least one year of community pharmacy experience.
- Has experience with Kroll or is comfortable learning pharmacy software.
- Is confident with prescription processing, billing, and data entry.
- Communicates professionally and compassionately with patients.
- Is organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.
- Can manage multiple tasks in a busy pharmacy environment.
- Is dependable, positive, and enjoys being part of a team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Entering and preparing prescriptions.
- Supporting pharmacists throughout the dispensing process.
- Processing insurance claims and prescription billing.
- Assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and restocking.
- Keeping the dispensary organized and operating efficiently.
- Working closely with the pharmacy team to provide excellent patient care.
