Part Time Health Care Aide in Didsbury

Location: Didsbury

Make a difference in residents' lives as a part time Health Care Aide at Bethany Care Society in Didsbury, Alberta. Provide compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, and ensure dignity for each resident.

This position requires individuals dedicated to resident-centered care and teamwork. You will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses, documenting care observations and supporting residents' holistic needs. Candidates will engage in a physically demanding environment and promote safety by adhering to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed

• Document care and resident observations promptly

• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members

• Engage in ongoing learning and adaptation of care plans

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education and approved Health Care Aide certification

• Registered with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta

• Previous HCA experience is preferred, but not mandatory

• Strong communication and observational skills

• Ability to work in a demanding healthcare setting
