As a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. Key skills include executing treatment plans, strong clinical judgment, and effective patient communication.
Your role will greatly enhance patient safety and mobility while having the support of a dedicated clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver skilled PTA visits under supervising PT’s plan
• Execute treatment plans focusing on measurable progress
• Communicate updates and concerns to supervising PT
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination within care team
• Coach patients and caregivers on home programs
Requirements:
• Active Texas PTA license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and independent work skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Reliable follow-through on treatment and patient goals
• Comfortable with daily travel and handling therapy equipment
