Associate Superintendent of Human Resources
Join the Rocky View Schools (RVS) team as the Associate Superintendent of Human Resources. This senior executive role works closely with the Superintendent of Schools to oversee strategic human resource planning, talent management, employee total compensation, employee relations, performance management, organizational/employee development, and occupational health and safety.

The RoleThe Associate Superintendent of Human Resources will:
- Lead the human resources division.
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with RVS objectives.
- Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and educational regulations.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, equity, and professional growth.
- Support occupational health and safety.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a school division or public sector organization.
- Master’s degree with a human resources specialization.
- Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership in developing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, advocacy, and relationship‑building skills.
- Commitment to student and employee well‑being.
