Position: Performance Media Buyer (Meta Ads) |

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Media Buyer who lives and breathes Meta advertising. This role is for someone who understands that media buying is not about “running ads” — it’s about scaling profitably. If you think in CAC, ROAS, LTV, creative testing velocity, and funnel optimization, we want to talk.

🔎 What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage monthly ad budgets ($500k~1M/month preferred experience)
  • Build full-funnel strategies: prospecting, retargeting, and retention
  • Develop structured creative testing frameworks
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, and contribution margin
  • Collaborate with creative team on ad concepts, hooks, and iterations
  • Implement tracking (Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTM structure, GA4)
  • Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights
  • 3+ years of hands‑on Meta ads management experience
  • Proven track record of scaling DTC or eCommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of Conversion API
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing frameworks
  • Data‑first mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into decisions
  • Bonus:
    Experience in home appliance, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands
