This hands-on role is pivotal in influencing customer journeys and integrating cutting-edge technology solutions into their workflows. With your technical expertise, you will facilitate PoCs, address intricate challenges, and foster collaboration between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary technical advisor in vital customer interactions
• Capture and clarify product requirements based on customer insights
• Drive execution of Proof of Concepts with technical validation
• Deliver technical demonstrations showcasing product capabilities
• Uncover upsell opportunities by aligning offerings with needs
Requirements:
• Master’s or PhD in relevant quantitative disciplines
• 5-10 years’ experience in data-centric roles
• Strong skills in AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and Tensor Flow
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for onsite customer engagements
