Summary

On behalf of our client, a Big 4 consulting company, we are recruiting for a Content Production and Deployment Manager to work with the Audit/Assurance content used by the Accounting/Audit practices across the organization. This role involves collaborating with global Audit & Assurance stakeholders to support the publishing and deployment of technical materials on audit and research platforms, which are utilized by auditors to conduct high-quality engagements.

The role also includes contributing to the development of next-generation information and knowledge management systems, shaping the tools used to manage audit content globally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Authoring content in response to evolving audit standards and the needs of the Audit & Assurance business, and supporting its publication within the global network.
  • Providing strategic guidance on the deployment and adoption of global content, including planning, training, communication, and monitoring content status.
  • Collaborating with global, regional, and local teams to promote content adoption.
  • Partnering with global transformation initiatives to structure and deploy new solutions.
  • Leading project planning, managing timelines and scope, and maintaining documentation.
  • Participating in design, requirements gathering, and testing of solutions.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 2-3+ years of experience with DITA, XML, HTML, and content management systems (experience with Tridion Docs preferred). Ability to author in DITA, XML, and HTML.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Interest in strategic initiatives and collaborative work environments.
  • Ability to manage and work effectively within virtual teams.
