Business System Analyst (with Life and Annuity domain experience)

• Experience Domain Knowledge: 10 to 14 years as a Business Systems Analyst preferably in insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes Life and annuity underwriting claims billing
• Requirements System Design:
  Hands on experience with requirement elicitation and documentation
• Ability to design functional and system specifications
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Release Implementation:
  Expertise in release management and coordination across distributed teams
• Collaborate with developers, testers and product owners for successful delivery
• Support UAT data validation and production rollout activities
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
• Skilled in system modeling techniques

• Onsite role requires strong written and oral communication skills
• Insurance Domain Knowledge
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or master’s degree in computer administration
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• MS Visio, Lucidchart or similar for diagrams
• SQL basics
