In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining a robust network across AWS data centers in Alberta. You will engage in troubleshooting, project planning, and capacity management while collaborating closely with both internal staff and external partners. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are necessary to thrive, along with the ability to handle enterprise-level network challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle new requests in the ticketing system
• Execute assigned network projects
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders
• Troubleshoot routing and connectivity issues
• Maintain cabling infrastructure effectively
Requirements:
• 1+ years in computer networking
• 1+ years using Linux systems
• Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Capability to lift and rack 40lbs
• Familiarity with cabling technologies
