POSITION SUMMARYIn this role, you will own the holistic social execution strategy for a global technology brand’s B2B ecosystem, spanning commercial, AI, and developer audiences. You will oversee a dedicated B2B social pod, bringing together multiple verticals, campaigns, and moments into a single, cohesive narrative.
This role sits above individual vertical strategies. You’ll ensure that launches, thought leadership, events, and always-on content work together to compound impact across platforms. You’ll partner closely with Content Leads, Social Media Managers, analytics, and senior stakeholders to drive clarity, prioritization, and strategic alignment across the full B2B portfolio.
At its core, this role is about systems thinking: understanding how enterprise and technical audiences engage with content over time, and orchestrating social efforts to build credibility, relevance, and trust at scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES- · Own the overarching social execution strategy for B2B audiences, including commercial, AI, developer, and event-driven initiatives
- · Ensure all B2B social activity ladders up to a unified narrative and strategic point of view
- · Identify overlaps, gaps, and amplification opportunities across verticals to maximize impact
- · Oversee how launches, thought leadership, events, and always-on content connect across the B2B ecosystem
- · Drive pod-level planning to ensure campaigns are sequenced and reinforced—not executed in isolation
- · Guide Content Leads on how their vertical strategies contribute to broader B2B objectives
- · Lead and support Content Leads and Social Media Managers within the B2B pod, providing strategic direction and prioritization
- · Help teams make trade-offs by defining what matters most when timelines or priorities shift
- · Elevate strategic thinking across the pod while protecting execution bandwidth for SMMs
- · Partner with senior marketing, product, communications, and developer-facing stakeholders to align social strategy with business priorities
- · Serve as a strategic point of escalation for competing inputs or conflicting priorities
- · Translate complex business objectives into clear social direction for the team
- · Partner with analytics to assess performance at the pod level, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities across verticals
- · Use insights to inform future planning, prioritization, and narrative development
- · Ensure learnings are shared across teams to continuously raise the bar on B2B social execution
