Senior Business Analyst (Calgary, AB)

Rate: $70–75/hr
OverviewSeeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an Agile delivery team focused on enhancing advisor-facing digital experiences through contemporary web applications built on Salesforce. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and support successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear user stories and functional requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the delivery team throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
- Strong Business Analyst experience within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery teams.
- Salesforce platform experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with in Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, or Advisor Technology environments.
