You will be part of Anovia's Global Voice Operations, providing high-level support for enterprise clients using Avaya platforms. With a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience, you will tackle complex issues within defined timelines. Your strong foundation in networking and VoIP protocols, along with flexible availability for on-call duties, will be critical in ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve Avaya-related client issues efficiently
• Perform deep analysis and troubleshooting of VoIP environments
• Share technical knowledge through training sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
• Configure and manage Avaya Media Servers and components
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting Avaya systems
• Strong background in SIP and VoIP technologies
• Proficient in troubleshooting using Wireshark
• Familiar with Linux environments and server setups
• Open to rotational weekends and on-call responsibilities
