Position: Scrum Master for AI Delivery Team

In this Agile Delivery Lead role, you will direct a high-performing team in the rapidly evolving field of AI. Your responsibilities will include facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring effective collaboration across functional teams. You will work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to enhance the delivery lifecycle of generative AI and predictive models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Agile best practices in sprint ceremonies

• Support backlog management with the Product Owner

• Report on Agile metrics to executive stakeholders

• Mentor team members on agile methodologies

• Understand and address MLOps and delivery challenges
Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years in Agile delivery roles

• Experience in regulated industries is a plus

• Independent driver of delivery outcomes

• Technical understanding of AI project life cycles

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
