Key Responsibilities:
• Implement effective Salesforce Agentforce solutions

• Guide clients in conversational AI and virtual agent setup
• Conduct workshops on AI capabilities and frameworks
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of Salesforce consulting experience
• Expertise with Agentforce or similar AI CRM solutions

• Proven experience in intelligent workflow design
