In this role, you’ll embed within ASHC’s Digital Business Solutions team, driving design for government digital services. Your expertise will guide the development of accessible, intuitive experiences that influence thousands of citizens. Key responsibilities include facilitating user interviews, creating design prototypes, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead user interviews and usability testing sessions
• Create intuitive wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs
• Simplify workflows and enhance usability across platforms
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative design cycles
• Support design QA processes for validation
Requirements:
• 10+ years in UX, UI, and Service Design
• 5+ years with digital transformation in public sectors
• Expertise in user research and journey mapping
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Proven experience in Agile environments
