Position: Enterprise Risk Advisor for RVS
Become a key player at Rocky View Schools as a Senior Insurance and Enterprise Risk Specialist, providing critical advice on risk management and insurance strategies. This role supports a community of over 29,000 students through effective risk governance.

As an Enterprise Risk Advisor, you will collaborate with the Executive Director of Legal Services to maintain the insurance program and risk management strategies. Your expertise will facilitate the Division's quest for operational excellence and safety in educational settings. Reliable transportation for regular travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ERM strategies with comprehensive risk assessments.

• Manage insurance claims and policy interpretation tasks.

• Engage with various stakeholders on risk and liability issues.

• Prepare strategic reports based on claims investigations.

• Coordinate with safety departments for risk-related matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or similar discipline.

• 7-10 years progressive experience in a relevant field.

• Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation preferred.

• Familiarity with insurance policies and risk exposure analysis.

• Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
