Position: Supply Chain Leadership Role at OPA!
Shape OPA!’s supply chain direction as the Director, responsible for overseeing strategic operations across Canada. Focus on procurement, distribution, and supplier collaboration.

You’ll directly report to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in managing OPA!’s supply chain functions. This position is designed for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in the restaurant and franchise sectors. Collaborate with various teams to support the operational efficiency and growth of the brand while ensuring high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop supply chain strategies that align with business objectives

• Lead procurement and logistics functions for the franchise network

• Monitor industry trends and manage supply risks proactively

• Foster relationships with suppliers and achieve performance standards

• Enhance communication of supply chain initiatives across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline

• Over 10 years of progressive supply chain experience

• Proven track record in procurement and logistics

• Strong knowledge of food safety and inventory management

• Experience in multi-unit environments preferred
