Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support a high-performing Inventory Management team

• Create strategies to balance operational readiness with cost efficiency

• Lead initiatives for inventory optimization and recovery

• Ensure compliance with safety and corporate policies

• Address material availability and supply risks proactively

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• Seven years of experience in supply chain or inventory management

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

• Proven leadership skills in complex environments

• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
