Job Description
Perform daily office cleaning duties to ensure a clean and tidy working environment, including vacuuming/ sweeping, mopping the floors, dusting, wiping tables, clearing trash bins, cleaning office glass doors, windows (reachable areas) and partitions.
Clean designated areas including the Managing Director’s, Directors’ and Manager’s rooms, pantry, meeting rooms, office common areas.
Carry out periodically cleaning of pantry appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine etc.
Empty all trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Refill pantry supplies (e.g. biscuits, coffee, tea, kitchen towels) when required.
Report any maintenance issues, damages or low supplies to the Supervisor.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management or Supervisor.
- No formal education required. Relevant cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage. Ability to handle basic cleaning equipment and materials.
- Able to perform cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting and carrying cleaning equipment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Responsible, reliable and punctual.
