This position as a Summer Groundskeeper reports directly to the Maintenance Manager, focusing on keeping the grounds well-maintained and assisting with repairs. You’ll need strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively while also maintaining a safe workplace outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the building grounds using various tools and equipment

• Assist in maintenance repairs directed by the Maintenance Manager

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

• Regularly inspect equipment and report issues

• Document maintenance requests and record completed work accurately

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping and general maintenance tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Physical fitness to handle outdoor manual labor
