Building Operator II at Glenbow School

This position is vital for maintaining cleanliness at Glenbow Elementary and Cochrane Christian Academy. As a Building Operator II, you'll perform janitorial tasks as your primary responsibility, ensuring the school grounds remain in top condition. You will also be responsible for monitoring heating and plumbing systems and reporting any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cleaning of the schools and grounds

• Support coordination of caretaking duties

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of prior caretaking experience

• Valid Building Operator B Ticket or equivalent is helpful

• Familiarity with HVAC systems preferred

• Experience in a supervisory capacity is desired

• Must have reliable transportation
