Summer Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant

Schedule:

8 AM - 4 PM Monday through Friday

Position Summary:

The Summer Groundskeeper is responsible under the direction of the Maintenance Manager that the property remains in good condition and assists with maintenance tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the grounds of the building using motorized equipment and manual tools.

Repairs and Troubleshooting:

Assist Maintenance Manager as needed with maintenance repairs.

Safety and Compliance:

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure any concerns are reported.

Administrative Tasks:

Keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work.

Keep accurate reporting of any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in landscaping and general maintenance.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical stamina to handle manual labour and work in various weather conditions.
