Pressure Washing Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services for various facilities and equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with cleaning, custodial work, and the use of power tools, along with robust communication and time management skills. • Operate pressure washers and related power tools to clean building exteriors, equipment, and other surfaces efficiently
• Perform facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning, minor repairs, and upkeep of equipment and premises
• Use hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments as needed
• Ensure all cleaning activities meet safety standards and quality expectations
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs within designated time frames
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to equipment or materials during cleaning projects
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate services and address any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

• Prior experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment preferred
• Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
• Experience with custodial or industrial cleaning is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
