8 AM - 4 PM Monday through Friday

The Summer Groundskeeper is responsible under the direction of the Maintenance Manager that the property remains in good condition and assists with maintenance tasks as required.

• Groundskeeping: Maintain the grounds of the building using motorized equipment and manual tools.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting: Assist Maintenance Manager as needed with maintenance repairs.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure any concerns are reported.
• Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work. Keep accurate reporting of any issues or concerns.

• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping and general maintenance.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical: Physical stamina to handle manual labour and work in various weather conditions.
