Become a pivotal part of Pursuit's operational excellence as a full-time Maintenance Worker. This role focuses on ensuring Miette Mountain Cabins remain safe, clean, and welcoming for guests.

Pursuit seeks a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join the team starting June 2026. You will perform general repairs, assist with larger projects, and maintain the aesthetics of maintenance areas. This involves handling plumbing, electrical repairs, and landscaping duties while delivering friendly service to guests and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete general repairs and maintenance tasks in cabins

• Uphold high standards for property condition and appearance

• Maintain daily upkeep for guest cabins and outdoor spaces

• Interact positively with guests and co-workers, providing assistance

• Manage grounds care year-round, including snow removal

Requirements:

• Knowledge in maintenance areas like plumbing and electrical

• Problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset

• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision

• Willingness to learn and grow within the team

• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
