Didsbury District Health Services is seeking Environmental Services staff to help maintain high hygiene standards in our healthcare environment. Your responsibilities will include thorough cleaning, disinfecting, and reporting potential hazards. This role requires physical endurance and a commitment to patient care while working with minimal supervision. You’ll receive training to follow strict cleaning protocols and use proper equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas

• Restock supplies in patient and public restrooms

• Strip linen and make beds in patient rooms

• Operate industrial cleaning equipment for floor care

• Identify and report potential hazards to supervisors

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent education

• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs

• Strong English communication skills

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency

• Dependable and customer-focused attitude
