Rocky View Schools is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a full-time Caretaker I position. Ideal candidates will possess experience in cleaning, ideally within educational settings, and be ready to maintain the facilities in pristine condition. Responsibilities include diverse cleaning tasks, adherence to safety standards, and building security checks among other duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute varied and complex cleaning tasks

• Perform scheduled building security checks

• Maintain cleanliness of school buildings and furnishings

• Work independently and as part of a team

• Follow Occupational Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience an asset

• Certifications from cleaning organizations preferred

• Experience in school divisions considered a plus

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices

• Effective communication skills
