** ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
** The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.
* Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals
* Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company
* Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club
* Previous sales experience is an asset
* Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals
* Proven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams
* Passion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitness
* Creative, independent and able to think outside of the box

** Compensation:
** It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
