Join a dynamic team as a Food Production Supervisor in Springfield, OH, focusing on quality and efficiency in food preparation. Oversee the daily operations while maintaining workplace safety and sanitation.
As a key leader in production supervision, you will manage a workforce of approximately 175 employees, ensuring that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will guide employees through training and performance assessments while tracking production metrics. Communication across shifts will be vital for ensuring operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production and sanitation activities
• Uphold excellent quality and safety standards
• Train and manage employee performance
• Monitor supply availability for production needs
• Regularly inspect production equipment
Requirements:
• 3-4 years experience in a supervisory role
• Preferred experience in food processing settings
• Proficient communication and leadership abilities
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
