Flat lander Steel Fabricators Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer / Apprentice Welder-Fabricator to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn and develop skills within the steel fabrication industry.

This position offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while working alongside experienced fabricators and welders.

• Assist welders and fabricators with daily shop and field activities
• Material handling, grinding, cutting, and general preparation work
• Read and follow instructions and shop drawings
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Assist with steel fabrication and assembly projects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform general labour duties as required

• Welding or fabrication experience is considered an asset but is not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting materials and performing manual labour
• Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Must be willing to obtain a G Endorsement during the probationary period
• Must be fluent in English
• Reliable transportation required
