As a Paint Line Lead reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive team performance while adhering to safety and quality regulations. Your hands-on experience with manual and automated painting systems will help ensure that all parts meet high standards. You will mentor team members, manage daily tasks, and oversee efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train paint line team members
• Maintain quality documentation and check results
• Paint parts for production and rework
• Conduct chemical inventories and handling
• Manage daily schedules and tasks based on production needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of paint line experience
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with quality and safety protocols
