This leadership role will focus on managing powder coating processes and mentoring team members to meet efficiency and quality goals. You will also conduct quality checks, maintain documentation, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the paint team for operational success

• Paint parts using powder coating and quality procedures

• Record inventory and manage supplies on the paint line

• Conduct daily quality checks and maintain records

• Operate maintenance systems and perform inspections

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of paint line experience

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must reside within 80 km of Airdrie
