Senior Production Associate - Mulling Specialist

Become a vital part of our production team as a Senior Production Associate focusing on Mulling. This full-time position requires a self-motivated individual skilled in quality window assembly for a rotating shift schedule.

In this role, you'll be responsible for completing the final assembly of vinyl windows, including the installation of both interior and exterior components. Your ability to stay focused and avoid distractions will ensure that you meet production goals while maintaining strict quality controls. Join us and contribute through cross-training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble vinyl window products to quality standards

• Install brickmould, nailing fins, and other components

• Verify order accuracy through scanning completed products

• Ensure quality inspections are consistently conducted

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:

• Strong self-motivation with independent execution of tasks

• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Experience with both hand and power tools is a must

• Proficient in lifting weights up to 100 lbs
